Folia Acoustix

Pendant

The luminaires of the Folia Acoustix product line—Folia Bellis, Folia Calla, Folia Calla Shallow, and Folia Dahlia—are designed to deliver quality illumination, reduce sound reverberation, and serve as decorative elements in interior spaces. Composed of multiple layers of sound-absorbing felt made from recycled bottles, these multi-dimensional, voluminous fixtures are inspired by the shapes and forms of the botanical world. Unlit during the day, they appear as visually rich sculptural mobiles; at night, the dynamic luminaires transform into glowing, celestial-like bodies.

LED arrays provide consistent illumination across available color temperatures from 2700K to 5000K. Standard 80+ CRI with optional 90+ CRI, including enhanced red rendering. Color consistency maintained within 3 SDCM.

ULO

Uniform Efficiency Lambertian Optic (ULO) is thermoformed from impact-modified white PMMA. The ULO optic provides even luminosity with up to 88% transmission. Combined with the LED array running around the inside of the housing, the open form and ULO optic create a widespread 50% direct and 50% indirect light distribution with a spacing criterion of 1.6.
