Sleek square form meets superb function in Ubik, a lighting collection designed to provide a multitude of creative options. With the Ubik Combination pendant luminaire, you can combine different optics and create patterns with corners to further enhance your lighting design. These compact 2” wide pendant fixtures are offered with HLO, parabolic louvers, and wall wash optics for direct illumination. For indirect, you can select wide-spread or translucent optics.

Two-channel tunable white control allows adjustment of color temperature across a defined range to support varying lighting requirements throughout the day.

Optics
PAR

Parabolic louver optics provide excellent shielding and a pleasing crisp visual texture. The parabolic contour of the blades and side reflectors direct light into a comfortable downlight distribution, while minimizing shadows from the LED array above each cell. Four finishes are available. Specular Aluminum (SPL), Matte Aluminum (MPL), Matte White (WPL) and Matte Black (BPL).

HLO

High-Efficiency Lambertian Optic (HLO) is engineered with reflective sidewalls that distribute LED output across the acrylic shielding. To accommodate the curves of Lumenwerx rounded fixtures, the HLO is equipped with proprietary SupremeGrip™ technology, which keeps the optic securely in place.

TIO

The Translucent Indirect Optic (TIO) is composed of a horizontal LED array with a translucent lens that masks pixelation from the diodes. The TIO provides a 100° indirect spread, making it ideal when the fixture is mounted farther from the ceiling.

The Widespread Indirect Optic (WIO2) is a horizontal LED array with a widespread indirect micro-prismatic optic that offers an impressive 160° spread. The WIO2 provides even illumination for smooth ceiling brightness, achieving uniformity ratios of up to 2:1.

Combination Options

Variety is the spice of light.

Mix and match optics to add interest and functional diversity to spaces. Parabolic louvers are available in three matte colors—black, silver, and white—HLO, and blanks. Create patterns or combinations, the possibilities are unlimited with Ubik.

General Lighting

Ubik is offered in five standard lumen packages to allow for the best interior lighting environments to be created. Whether you choose direct or direct/indirect, Ubik is a comfortable luminaire. If you want ultra-low glare, Ubik black parabolic louvers offer an industry-best UGR (between 6 and 8, depending on the output selected). If you want more vertical brightness, then HLO is the solution. You can mix and match in the same linear run with louvers and HLO, and also use the Ubik Cube downlight to set off the space.

Wall Washing

A unique feature of the Ubik Wall Wash is that, on higher walls of up to 20’, the wall wash maintains excellent performance that surpasses that of leading competitors, which essentially stop performing beyond wall heights greater than 10’.

Wide Indirect Optic

This second generation of Wide Indirect Optic offers an impressive beam spread of 140 degrees and is compatible with high-ceiling applications, providing a far reach in all directions within the 140-degree range.
