Curvia and Aera luminaires shine as part of a lighting consortium at Insight Global’s new Atlanta office.
During the office redesign for Insight Global, a staffing company in Atlanta, lighting was never considered an afterthought. Rather, it was treated as a core component of the overall architectural framework. Working closely with the design team at ASD | SKY and the lighting designers at Lighting Associates, Inc., Lumenwerx helped translate design intent into a performance-driven lighting solution that balances function and visual impact.
As one of several lighting suppliers contributing to the project, we provided a variety of luminaires selected to guide movement, define space, and enhance the overall atmosphere of the office.
Central to our contribution, Curvia 2 luminaires were installed in a range of configurations, including Pattern, Rectangle, and Square pendants, along with sculptural Curvia Ring fixtures.
The flexibility of Curvia gave designers the freedom to seamlessly add layers of intrigue to circular, classroom-shaped presentation rooms, elegantly curved bands of light to common areas, and whimsical yet functional lines of light to guide movement through hallways and traffic corridors. Complementing Curvia, our Aera 3 Flex Cylinder pendants provide focused, high-performance downlighting to support task areas and add a spark of visual interest.
The end result is an office space that is not only beautifully lit, but also thoughtfully resolved. According to Lighting Associates, Inc., the overall work ensured that “every lumen served a specific purpose.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
