Lumenwerx partners with Andre Kiloski and Cooley Monato Studio to design a lighting strategy for a busy New York marketing firm.

At Prosek Partners’ New York headquarters, a visually daring lighting plan adds clarity and vibrancy to architect Andre Kikoski’s “urban fabric” concept. Working alongside project lighting designer Cooley Monato Studio, our team helped create a strategy that complements the office’s neighbourhood-driven layout while providing balanced illumination for a range of tasks and ambient moods.

Taking centre stage in the scheme are Squero Hubs. These eye-catching installations, composed of modular 2-, 3-, and 4-way connections, provide balanced ambient illumination in open workspaces and collaboration zones. Part light fixture, part sculptural form, Squero introduces visual intrigue overhead, defining each zone while maintaining a sense of openness and architectural continuity.

Complementing the overhead ambience, Aera 2 Cylinder pendants descend from the open ceiling to provide more focused illumination. Strategically suspended within collaborative settings, they deliver task lighting while adding a refined presence that aligns with the space’s energetic feel. Elsewhere, Via 1.5 pendants and recessed fixtures help guide circulation, while Aera 3 Downlight recessed luminaires provide clean, unobtrusive downlighting, ensuring balance throughout the environment.

For visitors to Prosek Partners’ office, the lighting system adds an extra layer of panache to an already architecturally exciting space. Dynamic, flexible, and performance-driven, it helps create a workplace that feels inviting, exciting, and engaging. For a fast-paced NY office, the sentiment couldn’t be more fitting.
