A suite of luminaires balances warmth and professionalism for a wealth management firm.

When designing a lighting strategy for a contemporary office, balancing professionalism and warmth is key. At Sapient Capital’s Indianapolis office, our plan achieves just that, helping to shape and refine a client-focused environment that integrates performance, flexibility, and warm, comfortable illumination throughout the space.

Starting at reception, our Aera 3 Cylinder pendants hang overhead, delivering precise downlighting while establishing a sense of focus and harmony. Within collaboration zones, including a comfortable lounge area, Pivot HLO recessed fixtures provide high-performance illumination with directional control to support informal sit-down meetings or more focused working sessions. When guests need a coffee, design-forward Voila 4 Cylinder-Cuboid surface luminaires deliver crisp, task-oriented lighting in the galley kitchen area.

In more business-heavy locations, such as meeting rooms and the boardroom, Via 2 pendants introduce streamlined, linear illumination through narrow fixtures that integrate seamlessly with minimal visual distraction, while Mikro pattern recessed fixtures provide soft, ambient illumination to create atmosphere and support concentration.

Together, our system offers a cohesive approach to office lighting that feels contemporary and powerful. From reception to the boardroom, the system ensures illumination integrates effortlessly into the architecture to support a wide variety of tasks, seating arrangements, and uses of space. The overall feeling is warm, inviting, professional, and polished, and is artfully designed to enhance experience and performance—the perfect balance.
